Our coordinated and reliable pre-construction services set the tone for a successful project from day 1 by establishing open communication and fostering a team environment with partners and clients. In a nutshell, during the pre-construction phase, we view our primary responsibility as defining the scope of work including accounting for the existing conditions to allow pricing to be done with maximum certainty, allowing the project budget to be achieved at the start and maintained through final completion.
Additionally, we explore constructability issues, address all approvals and requisite permits and establish a detailed game plan that assures all of the needs of the tenant are satisfied and the space is available for occupancy as soon as required.
