SCOPE: Gut renovation of 16,212 SF space to create new Elevator Lobby, Large Reception Area, Large Conference Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Executive Management Offices, Open Areas for workstations and call stations, very large Kitchen with eating Lounge, Mother’s Room, Break Lounge and additional Men’s and Women’s Room.
New drywall and glass partitions to divide space and drywall columning wraps. New suspended acoustical ceilings in Offices and Conference Rooms. Open Areas include Chicago Grid drywall ceilings. New flooring carpet tile in Open Area, Offices, and Conference Rooms; Kitchen and Lounge with luxury vinyl plank. Ceramic tile in new Bathrooms. New Fire Protection system. New rough and finish Plumbing for Kitchen and Bathrooms. New forced air HVAC system with fan coil units and exposed spiral duct and state of the art Acutherm diffusers and grilles. New Electrical power and tel/data outlets and lighting throughout. New Fire Alarm System.
BIGGEST CHALLENGE: Completing buildout within the exceptionally compressed timeframe to allow a timely occupancy.
