SCOPE: 2,000 SF remodel of existing new space. Client required a large conference room equipped with state of the art video conferencing capabilities which also converts into a training room; lab space to test products and technology with a separate server; open core of space with workstations to allow free-flowing interaction; small private conference room; lounge; and provisions for 6 satellites on building’s roof.

BIGGEST CHALLENGE: Accommodating all of the technological and space requirements to satisfy the diverse use of space and completing construction within a 30-day duration to achieve a critical opening date.
