SCOPE: Complete gut renovation of 12,000 SF full floor plate to create a new entrance off of the Elevator Lobby, new Library, Offices around perimeter of space, large Copy Area, Kitchen, Open Area for workstations and plan storage, new Bathrooms and Reception Area.
New drywall and glass partitions to configure spaces. New acoustical ceiling throughout. New flooring included carpet tile throughout except VCT in Kitchen and ceramic tile in Bathrooms. Oak wainscoting and base in Conference Rooms and Oak bookcases in Library. Furnish and install new Fire Protection system. New rough and finish plumbing for Kitchen and Bathrooms. New Mitsubishi Multi City state of the art HVAC system. New Electrical includes power and tel/data outlets, and lighting. New Fire Alarm system.
BIGGEST CHALLENGE: Coordinating above ceiling rough to maintain maximum ceiling heights.
