SCOPE: 5,000 SF new construction of raw space. Client required a call center that needed to operate 24hrs a day 365-days a year. The entire space needed to be designed in strict accordance with the Assist Card Corporate Standards to allow the operation to function with optimal efficiency. Program requirements such as having an inviting entrance, a call center that effectively fields calls from all over the world 24/7, a medical exam room, kitchen/break room, locker room, executive offices and a corporate boardroom all had to be carefully designed to allow the firm to have the utmost functionality in the space all the while creating a pleasant professional environment.

BIGGEST CHALLENGE: Move in and completion date moved up two weeks during peak holiday.
